    • We might cancel if there are any errors in the order process.
    • We might cancel if there is misuse of our system.
    • We might cancel and block your services if we find any inappropriate or illegal activities linked to your account.
  • Cancellation by Whatso

    • You can get a refund if an item can’t be fixed. This applies if the item has a significant issue you weren’t aware of at purchase.
    • However, we won’t process a cancellation if:
    • You no longer want the item after making the payment.
    • You change your mind.
    • You bought the item by mistake.
    • You lack the expertise to use the item.

Refund Policy

Welcome to Whatso.co. Here are our refund guidelines to ensure transparency and fairness.

One Time Fee & Refunds:

  • One-time fees for end products are non-refundable. If you think there was a billing error, contact Customer Support within 7 days of the fee payment to request a cancellation, provided the end products haven’t been downloaded or used outside our site.

Subscription Fee & Refunds:

  • You can cancel your subscription services at any time. The cancellation becomes effective at the start of the next renewal period. To avoid being charged for the next period, submit your cancellation at least 7 business days before your current subscription ends.

Resolving Disputes:

  • If there’s a disagreement over a refund, you can open a dispute. We will review all the information and make a final decision.
